[05:41:36] <irc> <Pierre0412> salut
[07:39:09] <irc> <neolem> bonjour
[12:11:39] <irc> <tobi:im.kabi.tk> anybody knows what's wrong? Somehow changing php version manually?
[12:11:41] <irc> <tobi:im.kabi.tk> yet systemctl status php7.3-fpm.service shows that it's running
[12:18:05] <irc> <Alaiks> well apparently php7.3-fpm disappeared ... do you have the full logs...
[13:40:18] <irc> <foobar|67472> Bonjour
[13:56:07] <irc> <tobi:im.kabi.tk> > <@yunohost:matrix.org> [irc] Alaiks: well apparently php7.3-fpm disappeared ... do you have the full logs...

Ya but how or why can it disappear suddenly. It's there and running
[13:56:46] <irc> <tobi:im.kabi.tk> If I check the status manually
[13:59:13] <irc> <Alaiks> because all computers are broken and filled with epic mysterious bugs because meh
[13:59:18] <irc> <Alaiks> (or that's a bug in yunohost or another piece of software)
[13:59:49] <irc> <Alaiks> or because somehow you installed a program that conflicted with php7.3 or idk
[14:00:23] <irc> <Alaiks> many reasons...
[14:59:59] <irc> <neolem> savez-vous comment trouver un service quand il est pas listé dans "yunohost services list" ?
[15:04:09] <irc> <Alaiks> "systemctl status <tonservice>"
[16:28:50] <irc> <wjmaggos> how can I help get icecast to be a supported app on yunohost? yunohost is awesome btw.
[18:26:00] <irc> <Alaiks> neolem: probablement ... quel est ton vrai probleme ...
[18:27:27] <irc> <Alaiks> wjmaggos: hoy o/ hmmm idk, the best thing would be to work on packaging it yourself if you know your way around cli / bashscripting ... otherwise you can add it's already in the wishlist so ...
[19:38:33] <irc> <foobar|53531> Hi. I am trying to migrate a Yunohost install to Stretch. I get the error "Migration 3 migrate_to_stretch has failed with exception migration_0003_not_enough_free_space, aborting". I cloned the small drive that I had it setup on to a much larger drive. Everything works on the larger drive just like the smaller drive. When I try to migrate with the
[19:38:34] <irc> <foobar|53531> larger drive, I get the same error. Would increasing the size of a specific partition or some of the partitions fix the space issue so that I can migrate?
[19:40:01] <irc> <Alaiks> hmmmm, what does "df -h" retrns ? do you see any partition lacking space ?
[19:47:57] <irc> <foobar|53531> Thank you. Let me check on that. I will be back when I have the information.
[20:02:50] <irc> <foobar|53531> I have the information for the "df -h" in a picture. Do I upload it with the up arrow on the right of this entry field?
[20:05:43] <irc> <foobar|14849> Ops.. I lost the chat when I tried to upload the picture. I was the one asking about the migration to Stretch.
[20:11:23] <irc> <foobar|14849> df -h results: sda1, size 8.2G, used 2G, Avail 5.8G, Use% 25%| sda7, size 360M, used 2.1M, Avail 355M, Use% 1%| sda8, size 55G, used 2.3G, Avail 50G, Use% 5%| sda5, size 2.7G, used 1.6G, Avail 955M, Use% 64%
[20:30:31] <irc> <Alaiks> foobar|14849: uh okay, do you have the mount point associated to these ?
[20:30:36] <irc> <Alaiks> like the thing after the use percentage
[20:30:44] <irc> <Alaiks> something like "/" and "/boot" etc
[20:31:09] <irc> <Alaiks> anyway if you want you can upload and share the picture using something like imgur.com or framapic.org
[20:44:46] <irc> <foobar|14849> Yes... sda1 is the boot, but only has a slash like "/", sda7 is sda7 = /tmp, sda8 = /home and sda5 = /var.... Thank you Alaiks
[20:46:18] <irc> <Alaiks> so i think the issue is that there's less than 1Go left for /var
[20:46:27] <irc> <Alaiks> you're very close tho as there's 955M ...
[20:46:44] <irc> <Alaiks> does running "apt clean" improve things maybe ?
[20:47:01] <irc> <Alaiks> (or any other cache clearning that you can think of)
[20:47:34] <irc> <Alaiks> it's a bit of an issue tho to have /var on a dedicated partition with so little space in total (less than 3G) as many apps use this folder to store data
[20:48:00] <irc> <foobar|14849> This is the pic URL with the webpage you suggested... https://framapic.org/DaHyc3lZlW46/uGyIU0WvRnuA.jpg
[20:48:48] <irc> <foobar|14849> OK.. So you think maybe that partition is the important one to make bigger?
[20:49:16] <irc> <Alaiks> yup
[20:50:19] <irc> <Alaiks> or to find a cle\uor i mean., the short term issue is that you cant run the migration because you have less than 1G of space available, but as said you may find a way to free some space by cleaning caches (e.g. apt clean) but the long term issue is that you only have 3 G total on this partition
[20:51:04] <irc> <Alaiks> so depends if you do care very much about having a lot of data in /var in the future or not
[20:52:14] <irc> <Alaiks> but anyway i'd try to run "apt clean" first 'cause that might solve the short term issue right away
[20:56:25] <irc> <foobar|14849> OK.. Makes sense... So since I gave the bigger drive to use, I am going to try to recreate the extended partition and then copy the existing partitions but increase the /var partion to something like 500G.
[20:57:12] <irc> <foobar|14849> But before I try that I am going to try "apt clean"
[20:57:17] <irc> <foobar|14849> Thank you Alaiks
[20:58:27] <irc> <foobar|14849> Do the other partition sizes matter any?
[20:58:52] <irc> <Alaiks> not really, it's just that you need space to download the upgrades etc
[20:59:19] <irc> <Alaiks> but about resizing the partition, you might be able to resize your partition without using another drive
[20:59:49] <irc> <Alaiks> e.g. you could resize that /var partition by eating some space from the /home partition (if that's the one right next to it and it you aint using so much space from it)
[21:00:07] <irc> <Alaiks> that's a bit technicalthough so that depends how comfortable you are with computers etc...
[21:02:35] <irc> <foobar|14849> Which partition does it DL the upgrades to?
[21:03:00] <irc> <foobar|14849> Yeah, the problem with the sizing is the install was on a little 80GB drive.
[21:04:11] <irc> <foobar|14849> That is a cool idea about taking some from the /home
[21:07:04] <irc> <foobar|14849> I am using Gparted to do the partition changes on the new drive. Just using the exiting setup copy the partitions from. I don't want to mess with the original because it works fine. Just trying to set up a duplicate on a bigger drive and eliminate the issue of the space error. I think the advise you have given me will help me solve this :) Thank yo
[21:07:04] <irc> <foobar|14849> u Alaiks!
[23:48:18] <irc> <foobar|14849> Hi... I got this error when trying to do the migration to Stretch "Migration 3 migrate_to_stretch has failed with exception [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/etc/fail2ban/filter.d/yunohost.conf', aborting". Any idea why?
