<Maranda> The problem is that matrix.org has the biggest looking glass over federation and is perhaps still the most trustable key repository. Defederating from it means you'll probably start missing keys and server signatures and have difficulties talking with other HomeServers, expecially the smallest instances that maybe don't have a stable connection.
